About Phillip Oiwoh

Game programming. Collaborative development.

I'm a game programming graduate pursuing a career in game development. I hold a BSc (Honors) in Game Programming from Brock University and an Advanced Diploma in Game Development from Niagara College.

On Ballelujah, I served as lead programmer, coordinating communication between the producers, professor, other leads, and programming team to meet milestones. I designed UI functionality and programmed the main menu, flow into the game, help pages, and character-selection screens. I contributed to towers, upgrades, tower UI, the card-selection screen, and the GDD programming section, and helped implement controller setup and in-game UI/VFX. My other projects include UI systems and audio integration for Transference and gameplay programming in Godot. As Producer on Unfamiliar, I led a student team of eight and contributed AI systems and stealth gameplay.

I currently work as a Senior Funding Operations Officer at TD Auto Finance. My financial operations and customer-facing banking experience adds a professional foundation in accurate processing, team coordination, and service delivery to my technical project work.

I'm looking for game development opportunities in gameplay or UI programming, where I can contribute to a development team and continue growing as a programmer.
